Local deliveries: Los Angeles County and beyond
Local deliveries include our white-glove delivery service at no additional cost. Our local delivery area covers a 100-mile radius around our showroom at 3319 Glendale Blvd, Los Angeles.
This includes:
- Free delivery, transportation, and fuel
- Free in-home setup and assembly
- Free removal and recycling of your old mattress or mattress set, one for one with what you buy (California deliveries only)
All local deliveries are handled by our in-house, experienced delivery team. After your order we confirm a delivery date, then call the day before with a 2-hour window. If your order combines a mattress with furniture or bedding, we deliver everything together.
Nationwide deliveries
We offer free nationwide delivery on all mattress purchases and free shipping on all bedding and accessory purchases. Furniture ships free to your door anywhere in the US, direct from the maker's warehouse.
This includes:
- Delivery to your doorstep or building entrance
- Delivery through our network of trusted carriers and brand partners
Delivery methods and service levels may vary based on product, location, and fulfillment method. Additional service levels, including in-home setup and white-glove delivery, may be available depending on the product and delivery location.
Most orders arrive within 7–14 days, with some deliveries taking up to 21 days depending on product availability and shipping requirements. Bedding and accessories usually arrive in 5–14 days.
We deliver to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Puerto Rico and the US territories are available for most brands; for those addresses and for military (APO/FPO) addresses, call us before you order and we will confirm what can ship.

White-glove delivery goes beyond curbside or door-front delivery: the mattress is brought into the room of your choice and set up.

Serta, Beautyrest, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Tempur-Pedic, Aireloom. Typically 10–14 days; may take up to 3 weeks.
Free door-front delivery nationwide
Helix, Leesa, Nectar, DreamCloud, Avocado, Kingdom, Briganti, WinkBeds, Birch, and all other mattress brands. DreamCloud and Nectar usually ship within 72 hours; all others typically 10–14 days, up to 3 weeks.
For houses, door-front delivery is to your doorstep. For apartments and other buildings, delivery is to the building entrance or lobby. Old-mattress removal and recycling is a separate free service on California deliveries, one for one with the mattresses and box springs you buy; it is not offered in other states.
Store pickup
Pickup at our showroom is free. We email you when your order is ready, usually within 14 days; items shipped from a brand warehouse take the same time whether they come to you or to the store. Bring your confirmation email when you collect your order.
What to expect after you order
- You will get an order confirmation within 4 hours of your order confirming your delivery details.
- Local deliveries: we confirm a date, then call the day before with a 2-hour window.
- Nationwide white-glove deliveries: the delivery company calls to schedule an appointment when your mattress reaches their local center, usually within 10–14 days.
- Any damage to product or property must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery and reported to the store within 24 hours.

California Mattress Recycling Fee
California law requires a recycling fee on every mattress and every box spring or foundation sold or delivered in the state (Public Resources Code 42989.1). The fee is $18 per piece and is collected when you buy, whether you pick up or we deliver, and whether or not we take an old mattress away. It goes to California's mattress recycling program and is not kept by Mattress Central.
How it is counted: one fee per mattress and one per box spring or foundation. A split king or split California king mattress set is two mattresses, so two fees. King and California king box springs always come as two pieces, so two fees. A split-head mattress is one piece, so one fee. Adjustable bases, bed frames, furniture and bedding carry no fee.
Outside California: orders delivered to another state do not owe the fee. If one is charged at checkout, we refund it before the order ships.
